Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join a well-established fire protection company with strong stability, great leadership, and long-term growth opportunities.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $30–$38/hr based on experience

  • Benefits package worth $3–$4/hr

  • Paid Training, 401(k), Vacation (up to 3 weeks), 6–7 Paid Holidays

  • 4x10 schedule option

  • Company vehicle after 90 days

  • NICET certification costs covered (1-year commitment required)


Requirements

  • NICET I & II (or willing to obtain)

  • Commercial fire alarm installation experience

  • Physically able to climb ladders and pull cable

  • AESBL Fire Alarm License (company pays for testing)

  • Commercial Level II (Video/Burglar) preferred

  • Local to Mobile, AL or commutable

  • Stable work history (no frequent job changes)
