A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of business, commercial, and personal injury matters. The ideal Litigation Attorney will handle 30–40 active files from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation. Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience and a proven ability to independently manage complex cases. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with a state bar, have a stable employment history, and demonstrate strong litigation skills—particularly in motion practice, depositions, and courtroom advocacy. Experience in business, commercial, or personal injury law is highly preferred.
Key Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
5+ years of litigation experience
Strong case management, research, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage 30–40 cases concurrently
Experience from inception through settlement or trial
