HVAC Estimator – Large Project Experience

A well-established local Mechanical Contractor is seeking an HVAC Estimator to work on large, complex projects. Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HVAC estimating experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent HVAC field experience

• Design-Build project experience

• Exposure to a variety of project types

• HVAC, plumbing, and piping experience

• Quick Pen experience (preferred)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong time management, verbal, and written communication skills

• Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities

Bonus Points:

• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Strong skills in client and stakeholder communication
