🎯 Ideal Candidate Will Have:
2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas:
Casualty defense
Personal injury litigation
Product liability claims
Construction defect matters
Professional liability cases
Insurance defense and/or insurance coverage litigation
A solid understanding of litigation procedures from inception to resolution
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
A strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach
The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-focused attitude that thrives in a collaborative workplace
A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (preferred)
Active license to practice law in California (required)
