Job Description

Family Law Attorney – Tulsa Oklahoma

Be the kind of attorney you set out to be, without burning out.

We are a growing family law firm in Oklahoma looking for a confident, client-centered attorney who can step in and make an immediate impact. If you’re an attorney who wants to practice meaningful family law, manage your own cases, and still be home at a reasonable hour, this may be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

About Our Firm

We are deeply committed to both our clients and our team. Every family law matter we take on is important to us, but we are selective. We represent clients who genuinely want help and who treat our attorneys and staff with professionalism and respect. Protecting our culture is just as important as protecting our clients.

Our attorney team collaborates closely, supports one another, and shares knowledge freely. You will have autonomy over your cases from start to finish, but you will never feel like you are on an island. We provide adequate support staff so our family law attorney team can focus on strategy, advocacy, and results, not administrative overload.

Most importantly, we believe in balance. We keep caseloads manageable. We value efficiency. We do not glorify late nights. When the courthouse is closed, we are closed. If it’s after 5:00, we want you home with your family or enjoying your favorite activity.

The Position

We are seeking a family law attorney with up to 10 years of experience who can hit the ground running handling family law cases and attending court. You should be comfortable handling aspects of family law, including:

  • Divorce
  • Custody and visitation
  • Support matters
  • Contested hearings
  • Courtroom appearances and trial work

This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing cases independently while working in a collaborative, team-driven family law environment.

After one year with the firm, we will invest in your development by sending you to advance training to further hone your trial skills. We want our attorney team to stay long term and grow stronger each year by being professional and personal.

What We Offer

Full benefits package including:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Short-term and Long-term disability
  • FSA account
  • Simple IRA with 3% employer match
  • Multiple Bonus Opportunities
  • Courthouse closure observance (if they’re closed, you’re not working)

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed attorney in Oklahoma with no more than 10 years of experience
  • In good standing with the Oklahoma Bar
  • Family law experience with courtroom confidence
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • A professional, respectful, client-focused mindset

If you are an attorney who wants to practice at a high-quality family law firm that values its people as much as its clients, we would love to connect.
