Patient Concierge – Premier Aesthetic Practice (Atlanta Area) Full-Time | Dual Location | Start Date: Late September

We are a well-established and highly respected aesthetic practice with two premier locations in the Atlanta area, known for delivering exceptional cosmetic and skincare experiences. We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Patient Concierge to join our elite team.

The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, discretion, and a passion for delivering a refined client experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring that each guest receives seamless support, from their initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, personalized welcome aligned with our elevated brand standards
• Educate patients on our full range of advanced aesthetic treatments and skincare products
• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of appointments across both locations
• Maintain an exceptional level of service throughout the client journey, anticipating needs and ensuring a five-star experience
• Promote and sell premium skincare lines and wellness products with expert knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
• Collaborate closely with providers and staff to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a luxury medspa, plastic surgery office, dermatology clinic, or similar high-end service environment
• Strong knowledge of advanced skincare services, injectables, and medical-grade skincare products
• Refined communication skills with an ability to sell with authenticity and confidence
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work between two upscale locations in the Atlanta area
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and EMR systems
