GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established DFW commercial interiors general contractor. The company is adding a Project Manager - Commercial Interiors to its team in Dallas, TX. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Commercial interiors project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Run corporate office and commercial interiors projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Commercial interiors project management experience.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
