Location: Florida (Multi-State Travel Required)

Lead service operations across multiple locations for a growing organization focused on operational excellence and customer success.
Salary
- $130,000 - $140,000/year
- Performance-based bonus
- Car allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-location service operations
- Develop and mentor Service Managers and leadership teams
- Improve processes, productivity, and profitability
- Track and drive KPIs and operational performance
- Oversee shop operations, field service, equipment repairs, and light manufacturing
- Partner with executive leadership to support company growth
- Build strong customer and vendor relationships
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in service, fleet, equipment, or industrial operations
- 3+ years managing multi-location teams
- Proven success with operational improvements and process standardization
- Strong financial, KPI, and team leadership experience
- Heavy equipment, municipal equipment, trucking, fleet maintenance, or industrial service experience preferred
- Ability to travel approximately one week per month
