Job Description

A local insurance agency with over 30 years in Westchester County continues to grow and is eager to welcome an Account Excecutive experienced in both Commercial and Personal Lines to their team. The company boasts a relaxed, flexible culture that includes work-from-home days as well as a beautiful modern space for in-office days.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, drive growth, and collaborate with the teams to do what you do best! You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences, strengthening relationships with both clients and insurance carriers, and driving the success of the department.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Relationship Management: Take the reins in managing a select group of high-profile Commercial Lines clients, providing exceptional service and proactive support.
• Efficiency Expert: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and improve departmental operations.
• Growth Driver: Help meet and exceed agency goals while contributing to a culture of success and performance excellence.
• Client Experience Champion: Continuously elevate the client service process to ensure an outstanding experience every step of the way.
• Carrier Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with insurance carriers to enhance service and coverage options.
• Embrace New Challenges: Grow alongside the agency, taking on new responsibilities and opportunities as we expand.

Who you are:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Commercial & Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with Applied Epic or AMS 360 is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports the success of others.
• Problem Solver: Quick-thinking, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
