A reputable Texas-based full-service commercial law firm, with a highly collegial practice group, is seeking a lateral partner specialized in business and employment litigation, with some transactional experience, to join its team in Houston full-time.
Responsibilities
- Lead business and employment litigation matters for sophisticated clients
- Handle some transactional work alongside the litigation practice
- Foster client connections and grow your practice as you desire
- Contribute to business development for the group
Requirements
- Texas Bar admission in good standing
- Business and employment litigation experience, with some transactional experience
- Business development minded
- Collegial and collaborative
- Passion for the practice of law
- Able to take an in-person position in Houston
- Portable business is a plus
