A nationally recognized construction law firm with offices across the country, including in Texas, is seeking a go-getter construction law associate with 5-6 years of experience to join its team in Houston. This role offers sophisticated work on high-stakes matters and tremendous resources to build a lifelong career.
Responsibilities
- Handle construction disputes and related complex business matters
- Represent clients in litigation and arbitration
- Interact directly with clients from early in your tenure
- Take part in strategic case management within a small team structure
- Build the contacts and relationships you need to grow your own business
Requirements
- 5-6 years of construction law experience
- Licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude
- Professional, organized, and collaborative
