A nationally ranked civil litigation defense firm is seeking a general liability and complex liability associate for its Dallas office to defend businesses and insurers in multi-party matters.
Responsibilities
- Defend general liability, premises, and complex multi-party liability claims
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
- Take and defend depositions and handle mediations
- Provide clear, timely reporting to clients and carriers
Requirements
- 2+ years of general liability or insurance defense litigation experience
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas
- Deposition and motion practice experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
