Commercial Litigation Attorney: High-Stakes Business Disputes with Hybrid Flexibility in Miami

Our client, a respected Miami litigation firm known for its sophisticated business docket, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The team represents companies, lenders, and business owners in contract, fraud, shareholder, and other complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts across South Florida.

This is a hybrid position. You will divide your week between the Brickell-area office and home while working directly with partners on meaningful matters.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial cases from initial pleadings through trial, arbitration, or settlement
• Prepare dispositive motions, discovery, and persuasive briefs
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions
• Argue motions and attend mediations and evidentiary hearings
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, exposure, and business objectives

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle matters with growing independence
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
