Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Chattanooga, TN

An established Chattanooga law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support its busy transactional practice.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal with significant commercial real estate experience who enjoys managing transactions, coordinating documentation, and supporting attorneys and clients throughout the closing process.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Experience assisting with commercial real estate transactions and closings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
