Responsibilities

• Lead the largest, most complex commercial projects ($10M+)
• Mentor PMs, APMs, and project engineers
• Drive budget, schedule, and margin performance across multiple jobs
• Own key client relationships and support business development
• Lead risk management, buyout, and contract negotiation

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management
• Proven delivery of $10M+ projects
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong financial, contract, and negotiation skills
• Degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
