What You’ll Do:
Represent clients in a broad range of family law matters including:
Divorce and separation agreements
Child and spousal support
Cohabitation and prenuptial agreements
Conduct negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and settlement agreements
Maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients
Manage your own caseload with support from experienced legal staff
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing family law or general litigation
Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Ability to independently manage files and meet deadlines
Client-focused mindset with professionalism and empathy
Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
