Labor & Employment Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX
A nationally respected litigation firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join its growing Dallas practice. This opportunity is open to associates through partner-level attorneys. Lateral partners and equity candidates with a portable book of business of approximately $500K plus are strongly encouraged to apply.
This role offers meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and a clear path for long-term advancement within a trial-focused platform.
Active Texas law license
3+ years of labor & employment and/or civil litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage deadlines and multiple matters
Deposition or hearing experience preferred
Handle a mix of labor & employment and general defense litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation
Work directly with partners on case strategy and motion practice
Collaborate within a trial-driven litigation team
Trial or arbitration experience
Exposure to wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, or workplace investigations
Interest in expanding into related practice areas or cross-disciplinary work
