Job Description

A highly respected and progressive Ag operation is looking to hire a Grain Superintendent to oversee a regional location. This company is offering a competitive salary and full benefit package, and a great team to work with. 

Grain Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and direction of facility operations
  • Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of grain; understand logistics and delivery
  • Supervise a team of employees and promote safety, quality improvement and and cost performance
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility

Grain Superintendent qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in elevator management preferred
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and able to meet on-time demands
  • Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
  • Mechanical abilities a plus
  • CDL a plus. Must have a clean driving record.
