 What You’ll Enjoy:

• $80K–$100K base salary + lucrative commissions

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers and carriers, managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close
• Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth
• Manage accounts and set them up for success
• Negotiate rates and manage contracts with customers and carriers
• Coordinate shipments
• Hit necessary KPIs established by leadership 

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of cradle to grave freight brokerage experience
• No Non-Compete
• $300k/month+ Revenue - $30k/month+ Gross Margin
• Proven sales and relationship-building success
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Exceeds Sales targets
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
• Ability to manage customer and carrier relationships
