Litigation Associate Attorney – West Virginia
Location: Kanawha County, WV (Hybrid flexibility possible for exceptional candidates residing within the state)

This firm provides top-tier legal services to Fortune 500 companies and works on high-stakes national mass tort and product liability cases. If you're looking to accelerate your litigation career while working alongside a collegial and generous team, this opportunity could be for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including mass tort and product liability defense.

  • Draft motions, prepare legal research, and support trial prep (Daubert motions experience is a plus).

  • Conduct and defend depositions and assist with client interaction and case strategy.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. and active license to practice in West Virginia.

  • 3–4 years of litigation experience, or a federal/state judicial clerkship background.

  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

  • Preference given to candidates with Law Review, Moot Court, and/or top-of-class academic credentials.

  • Self-starter mindset and strong work ethic.
