Litigation Associate Attorney – West Virginia
Location: Kanawha County, WV (Hybrid flexibility possible for exceptional candidates residing within the state)

What You'll Do:
Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including mass tort and product liability defense.
Draft motions, prepare legal research, and support trial prep (Daubert motions experience is a plus).
Conduct and defend depositions and assist with client interaction and case strategy.
Qualifications:
J.D. and active license to practice in West Virginia.
3–4 years of litigation experience, or a federal/state judicial clerkship background.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Preference given to candidates with Law Review, Moot Court, and/or top-of-class academic credentials.
Self-starter mindset and strong work ethic.
