Position: Employee Benefit Producer 

Job Function - Benefit Producer

  • Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Small up to large group benefits
  • Resolve member issues and provide exceptional customer service via email and phone calls.
  • Prepare customized quotes for various insurance plans.
  • Enroll Medicare and Prescription Drug applications and assist with Marketplace enrollments.
  • Submit employer group paperwork to carriers.
  • Update records in AgencyBloc, including application and contract forms.
  • Participate in weekly BNI meetings for networking.
  • Provide regular activity reports to Dawn.
  • Conduct market research to adapt sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and legal requirements.
  • Attend carrier meetings for continuous learning and industry updates.

Skills

 

Required:

  • 1-3+ years of relevant insurance experience
  • State Life & Health License
  • Proficient understanding of benefit programs, products, and relevant regulations.
  • Compensation: Base + Commission
  • Full benefit package and PTO, Etc.

Hybrid work environment, this role has an expectation for the candidate to be out meeting clients.  In office as necessary for teamwork and collaboration with account managers
