Credit Analyst / Jr Lender in Omaha

Location: Multiple Locations Across Nebraska

Community bank is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to support our Commercial & Agriculture Banking teams (Depending on location).

This role provides essential support in preparing credit documents, loan packages, and customer service, ensuring smooth, accurate lending operations across all our branch locations.

As you grow in this position, you will transition into one of our community loan officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation, credit packages, and reports to support Business Bankers
• Assist with credit analysis and underwriting documentation for commercial and ag loans
• Draft customer correspondence and loan closing documents
• Provide deposit servicing and sales support for business and ag customers
• Support loan closings and post-closing follow-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Ag Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with lenders and customers
• Experience in banking or lending support preferred
