Steel Detailer – Large-Scale Structural Steel & Misc. Metals Fabrication
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Steel Detailer to join our team—either in a remote, hybrid, or in-office capacity—to create timley and accurate shop drawings for steel projects. This is your chance to work with a growing steel fabricator/ erector known for delivering some of the most recognizable structures in the area. As a Steel Detailer, you will create accurate shop and erection drawings, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the detailing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Create & review drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to resolve design issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Implement and maintain detailing processes, standards, and software tools to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications:
Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
Medical Benefits or stipend for private insurance
Paid PTO after 90 days
