Director of Preconstruction in Norcross

 Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the preconstruction phase of projects from inception to completion
• Manage the estimating and bidding process
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors
•  Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
•  Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage a team of Estimators
•  Oversee the preparation of accurate cost estimates
•  Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare bids
•  Review and negotiate contracts
•  Provide value engineering solutions
•  Mentor and train junior staff members

   

  Position Skills:

•  10+ years of experience in the construction industry
•  Proven track record with healthcare or senior living projects
•  Strong leadership and communication skills
•  Proficiency in estimating software
•  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
