General Superintendent

A top-ranked ENR general contractor known for their stability, expertise, and exceptional project delivery is seeking a General Superintendent to join their team and play a key role in managing and overseeing large-scale construction projects.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are experienced with high-rise projects  and have a strong background in successfully executing large projects. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety on the job site.
• Oversee project schedules and budget, adjusting as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.

Skills:

• 12+ Years successfully leading teams
• 5 Years as a General Superintendent
• Degree in Construction Management or Equivalent Subject
• Large Project Experience
• Proficient in project management software and computer skills

Compensation/Benefits:

• $250k-$280K Base Salary
