Senior & Mid-Level Attorneys – Class Action (Wage & Hour) Practice

Locations: Open to candidates licensed in CA, WA, IL, NY, or CO

A highly regarded plaintiff-side firm is expanding its Class Action Wage & Hour team and is seeking experienced attorneys to join a fast-paced, collaborative national practice.

About the Role

We are hiring Senior and Mid-Level Attorneys with strong backgrounds in wage and hour law, complex litigation, and class actions. Candidates should have the ability to take ownership of matters, contribute to case strategy, and collaborate closely with a high-performing team.

Junior attorneys may be considered only if part of a package deal.

The firm is also open to dedicated Brief Writers with exceptional research and writing skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle class action wage and hour matters from investigation through resolution.
  • Draft and argue motions, including class certification, summary judgment, and discovery motions.
  • Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and contribute to case strategy.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members across jurisdictions.
  • For Brief Writers: Focus on high-level research, brief drafting, and motion practice support.

Ideal Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in wage and hour, employment litigation, or complex class actions.
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently while working collaboratively.
  • Senior-level candidates should have demonstrated experience leading aspects of complex litigation.

Licensure

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in at least one of the following states:
California, Washington, Illinois, New York, or Colorado.
