Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Plumbing Estimator and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role by:

  • Project Assessment: Carefully analyzing project requirements, collaborating with sales teams and Project Managers, and delivering precise estimates for plumbing projects, including time and cost considerations.

  • Project Diversity: Applying your expertise to a variety of project types, including Commercial and Industrial, to showcase your adaptability in plumbing estimating and project management.

  • Meticulous Estimation: Crafting detailed project cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, researching products and materials, interpreting blueprints, evaluating bids, and creating compelling proposals.

  • Complex Project Management: Handling projects of varying complexities with accuracy and attention to detail in your estimates.

  • Industry Awareness: Staying updated on the latest industry trends and innovations to remain competitive in this ever-evolving field.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ Years of Plumbing or Mechanical Estimating / Project Management Experience: A strong foundation in plumbing estimating and project management is essential.

  • Diverse Project Portfolio: Experience with a range of project types, including Commercial and Industrial, to demonstrate adaptability.

  • Estimation Expertise: Proficiency in estimating plumbing project costs, crafting cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals.

  • Industry Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with current industry trends to remain competitive.

  • Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.

  • Code and Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing codes and project specifications.
