Overview

An established Columbus commercial general contractor wants a Senior PM who is as strong with owners as with numbers. You'll be the senior face on key accounts and the person PMs turn to for guidance. Confidential search. If you deliver results and care about doing it right, let's talk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior lead on repeat-client and high-profile projects
• Oversee multiple project teams and review cost reports and forecasts
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and final accounting
• Support pursuits, interviews, and proposals
• Set the standard for project controls and documentation

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial PM experience, including senior or multi-project roles
• Track record of strong client relationships and repeat work
• Excellent financial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience coaching and developing project teams
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
