Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on commercial projects
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and site logistics
• Hold the schedule through look-aheads and trade coordination
• Lead site safety and quality control
• Keep daily reports and communicate closely with the PM and owner

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership
• Strong plan and spec reading; trade coordination skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Steady leadership and problem-solving under pressure
• Procore or similar field software
