Water/Wastewater Solutions Project Manager

Water/Wastewater Solutions Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables during initial planning stages.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, service, contractors, and vendors, to align on project execution.
• Manage equipment procurement to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
• Oversee equipment installation, startup, and training in coordination with the Service Coordinator.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones.
• Identify, address, and resolve project issues, changes in scope, and deviations from the original plan.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment with key stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project expenses and resource allocation to maintain budget compliance.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including regular status reporting.
• Lead project closeout activities, including final documentation, invoicing, and lessons learned.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Water/Wastewater Solutions Project Manager Qualifications

• Solid technical understanding of process equipment and related systems. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MBA with relevant experience preferred

• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Project Management Processional (PMP) certification
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address project challenges and adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration across cross-functional teams, engineers, and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe tools to support daily operations and project coordination.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems for managing project data, customer interactions, and workflows.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and trade shows as required
