Architect (Healthcare Preferred) 📍 Detroit Metro Area
About the Opportunity An established and reputable architecture firm in the Detroit Metro Area is seeking a talented Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare projects (preferred, but not required), and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that improve the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the design and production of architectural projects from concept through construction.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver functional, innovative, and sustainable solutions.
Prepare and review design documents, technical drawings, and construction specifications.
Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
5–10 years of professional architectural experience.
Healthcare design experience strongly preferred; experience with other institutional or commercial projects also valued.
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000, based on experience and licensure status.
