We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our litigation and advisory team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values meaningful client interaction, and is eager to handle a wide range of business‑focused legal matters.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in business and commercial disputes through mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Handle partnership and shareholder disagreements.
• Resolve contract‑based disputes involving businesses, contractors, subcontractors, and individuals.
• Advise clients on safeguarding trade secrets and addressing unfair competition issues.
• Manage complex litigation, including discovery, case strategy, and courtroom advocacy.
• Provide general business counsel on formation, risk management, real estate matters, and contract issues.

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. and active California Bar membership.
• Background in business law or commercial litigation.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• A practical, solution‑driven, client‑focused mindset.
