A well-established, mission-driven health center located in a vibrant and inclusive metro area on the West Coast is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with a background in gender-affirming care to join a highly collaborative and patient-centered team.

Position Highlights:

  • Provide comprehensive gender-affirming healthcare, including hormone therapy initiation and management, pre- and post-operative care, and overall wellness support

  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including physicians, mental health professionals, and care coordinators

  • Serve a diverse and engaged patient population in a setting known for its high standards of equity and access to care

  • Participate in educational programming, advocacy, and clinical quality initiatives

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule – no weekends, no call

Candidate Requirements:

  • Certified Physician Assistant with active California licensure or eligibility

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in gender-affirming care or related fields

  • Strong knowledge of hormone therapy protocols and surgical readiness processes

  • Excellent communication skills, cultural competency, and a patient-first mindset

  • Passion for serving a diverse patient population with respect, dignity, and empathy
