Job Description

A Dallas general contractor is hiring a Project Manager for interior and tenant improvement work across commercial office and light industrial facilities.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple interior build-outs and tenant improvement projects at once
• Handle estimates, buyout, schedules, budgets and change orders
• Work directly with owners, brokers, architects and subcontractors
• Keep fast-track projects moving with tight turnover dates

What You Bring

• 3+ years managing interior or tenant improvement projects for a general contractor
• Experience in both commercial office and light industrial interiors
• Strong organizational skills and client-facing communication
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software
