Job Description

A Dallas-based developer is hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-profile development projects on the owner's side.

What You'll Do

• Lead major mixed-use and commercial developments from entitlement and design through construction and turnover
• Manage general contractors, architects, engineers and consultants
• Own project budgets, schedules, draws and reporting to ownership and investors
• Drive value engineering, risk management and contract negotiations

What You Bring

• 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or developer
• Experience delivering large, complex projects ($100M+ preferred)
• Strong financial, contract and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred
