Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Review and process RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Mentor project engineers and foster a team-oriented culture
  • Resolve project challenges proactively to maintain progress and client satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with construction documentation and project management software
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
