We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to develop, implement, and continuously improve systems that ensure all products meet customer specifications and achieve high levels of quality and reliability. This role involves leading and developing a quality team, collaborating across departments, and working with customers and suppliers to identify and resolve issues, drive process improvements, and maintain certifications such as ISO. The Quality Manager will also monitor performance data, lead audits, and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
  • Manage and develop Quality team members to enhance their skills and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs and processes meet quality standards.
  • Maintain quality certifications and audit schedules, providing internal training on best practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and track performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supervising a quality management team in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
