We’re excited to partner with a highly regarded Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery office that is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to become a vital part of their surgical and clinical team. This is a rare opportunity to join a premier practice known for outstanding patient care and cutting-edge aesthetic procedures.
As a Surgical First Assist, you’ll work directly alongside a leading Plastic Surgeon, assisting in the operating room with a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. You’ll also provide critical post-operative care in the clinic, helping manage wound care, suture removals, follow-ups, and minor in-office procedures.
Serve as first assist in the OR for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
Perform post-operative assessments, wound and incision checks, and minor procedures
Conduct comprehensive health histories and physical exams
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health concerns within the specialty
Collaborate closely with the surgeon and interdisciplinary team
Document all patient interactions, procedures, and care plans accurately
Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Minimum of 1 year of PA experience in Plastic Surgery (required)
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-expectation aesthetic practice
