Job Description

Our well-established, engineering consulting firm is searching for an experienced Project Manager with Professional Engineer (PE) licensure to lead land development projects from concept through permitting, design, and approvals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site design, regulatory permitting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee land development projects from initial planning through final approvals.
  • Lead design efforts for grading, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, and site plans.
  • Supervise project teams, including designers, engineers, and technical staff.
  • Coordinate client communication, municipal coordination, and regulatory permitting processes.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
  • Review and approve technical engineering designs and contractor documentation.
  • Serve as the primary technical and ethical representative for the firm on key client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Pennsylvania.
  • 7+ years of land development / site design experience.
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and regulatory permitting processes.
  • Excellent judgment, leadership presence, and communication skills.
