Location: Katy / Cypress / Spring, TX Salary: $115,000–$145,000 + Bonus

Your Role:
Lead site development projects from due diligence through final design.
Oversee grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
Coordinate with developers, municipalities, and internal teams.
Your Background:
7+ years of land development design.
PE preferred.
Excellent Civil 3D and communication skills.
