A well-established and respected commercial plumbing contractor in the Cleveland area is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with a company known for delivering high-quality plumbing solutions on complex commercial, institutional, and multifamily projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or estimating specifically within the commercial plumbing industry. This company offers a strong pipeline of projects, internal support, and a collaborative environment where leadership and initiative are valued.
Manage plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout
Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Handle change orders, RFI responses, and all client communication
Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installations
Collaborate with field teams and foremen to drive quality and jobsite performance
Attend jobsite meetings and coordinate with GCs, owners, and internal stakeholders
Minimum 7 years of plumbing project management or estimating experience
Proven success managing commercial plumbing projects on time and within budget
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead project teams and interact with field crews, vendors, and clients
Proficient in reading blueprints and coordinating submittals and material procurement
