Position: Civil Litigation Attorney

I am working with a well established civil litigation law firm located in San Antonio, TX. This law firm specializes in various areas of the law including commercial and business litigation, personal injury real estate law and estate planning. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self motivated, proactive and organized. This law firm has a team centric cutlure and has a reputation for promoting from within. Partner Attorneys with a book of business are encouraged to apply.

Civil Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage cases efficiently from inception through resolution.
• Ability to work on 30-40 cases at a time.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and participate in proceedings
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Civil Litigation Attorney Skills:

• JD degree and active law license with.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience in business and commercial litigation or personal injury defense.                
• 1st or 2nd chair jury trial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
