An industry-leading Ag organization in Iowa is seeking a Custom Applicator to join their team. Whether you’re just starting out or already experienced, this organization will equip you with the tools and training you need to succeed.
Location: Northwest Iowa (Multiple Locations)
Custom Applicator Key Responsibilities:
Operate modern application equipment safely and accurately
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and crop protection products using GPS and precision technology
Assist with equipment maintenance and general agronomy support tasks
Maintain accurate records of applications and field activities
Work closely with agronomy team members to support customer needs
Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
Custom Applicator Qualifications:
CDL or ability to obtain (Paid certification and licensing support provided)
Ability to obtain applicator’s license (Category 1 & 14 or equivalent)
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and time management
Team player with solid communication skills
Clean driving record
Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
