Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (Travel 2–4 times per month to Missouri)
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually (Up to $100,000 for highly skilled and experienced candidates)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a driven and innovative executive. This role requires a self-starter who can seamlessly manage multiple responsibilities, maintain strict confidentiality, and contribute positively to a thriving and personable culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate logistics for weekly/monthly travel.
Prepare and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organize meetings, including setting agendas, taking notes, and managing follow-ups.
Provide support across multiple business endeavors, including ventures in the insurance and accounting industries.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and professionalism.
Foster and maintain an upbeat, family-oriented, and collaborative team culture.
Key Qualifications:
Highly effective communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Proactive problem-solver and self-starter with a positive attitude.
Adaptability to changing circumstances and a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software tools.
Willingness to travel as needed (2–4 times per month).
