An established and respected drywall contractor based in Naples, FL is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join their team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key player in a well-run, growth-focused company with a strong pipeline of commercial projects.
Position: Project Manager / Estimator Location: Naples, FL Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually (based on experience) Benefits: Full health benefits package
Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial drywall projects from estimation through completion
Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and Quick Bid
Create competitive, detailed bids and manage budgets
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain project timelines and ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management and estimating
Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid software is required
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
