Job Description:

Are you a skilled and driven Project Manager with a passion for commercial construction? We are currently partnering with a confidential, well-established commercial general contractor that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality commercial construction projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

  • Develop, track, and update project schedules and budgets.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure project milestones are met.

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and change orders.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

  • Ensure job sites meet safety and quality standards at all times.

  • Lead and participate in job meetings and site inspections.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and daily logs.

  • Identify and resolve potential risks or delays to ensure timely completion.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and project sequencing.

  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
