Are you a skilled and driven Project Manager with a passion for commercial construction? We are currently partnering with a confidential, well-established commercial general contractor that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality commercial construction projects on time and within budget.

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop, track, and update project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure project milestones are met.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and change orders.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure job sites meet safety and quality standards at all times.
Lead and participate in job meetings and site inspections.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and daily logs.
Identify and resolve potential risks or delays to ensure timely completion.
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and project sequencing.
Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
