A well-established industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a team of 5 quality professionals in a CNC machining environment. This role will oversee daily quality operations, ensure ISO compliance, manage PPAP processes, and serve as the voice of the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise quality inspectors and measurement personnel
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality systems
Oversee CMM and FARO arm programming/operation
Interpret blueprints and GD&T
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Communicate with customers and internal teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Math, or related field preferred)
5+ years of manufacturing quality experience
CNC machining environment experience required
Strong knowledge of PPAP, ISO, CMM, and precision measurement tools
Leadership experience and strong analytical skills
Schedule
Mon–Thurs 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Occasional weekends as needed
Must be willing to relocate
