CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH – Maintenance Technician - Northern Illinois | Relocation Available | $26.00–$33.00/hour | 2-2-3 PM Schedule

A well-established, multi-plant Midwest food & beverage manufacturer is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their expanding operation in Northern Illinois.

This organization has been in business for over 80 years and is known for its strong company culture, operational stability, and commitment to promoting from within. The facility has recently completed a significant expansion, positioning the company for continued long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment OR

• 3+ years working with industrial equipment such as boilers, chillers, or HVAC systems

• Strong mechanical aptitude, including experience with:

  • Gearboxes

  • Sprockets & chains

  • Belts & clutches

  • Bearings

  • Brakes

  • Seals & gaskets

• Basic computer literacy
