Sprinkler Inspection Sales Representative
The Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Professional to grow our fire sprinkler inspection and service department. You will be responsible for hunting new contracts, performing site walk-throughs, and providing expert compliance solutions to building owners and facility managers.
What You’ll Do
Generate New Business: Identify and close inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) contracts.
Expert Estimating: Conduct site surveys and provide accurate bids based on NFPA 25 standards.
Relationship Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong technical grasp of fire codes and local regulations.
Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value service agreements.
Self-starter attitude with a focus on territory growth.
Compensation & Benefits
We value top talent and offer a package that reflects your value:
Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
Commission: Uncapped earning potential
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and 401(k)
