Position Highlights

  • Handle high-level medical malpractice litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Gain substantial experience in depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Work closely with a collaborative litigation team in a fast-paced, professional environment

  • Strong support infrastructure and established client relationships

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of medical malpractice litigation experience preferred
  • Licensed and in good standing with the New Hampshire Bar
  • Additional New England bar admissions are a plus
  • Strong written advocacy, litigation strategy, and case management skills
  • Experience with depositions, motion practice, and courtroom appearances preferred
  • Ability to independently manage files while maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Portable business is welcomed but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000–$130,000+ depending on experience and credentials
  • Additional compensation consideration available for attorneys with significant litigation experience or an established client base
